SSP Ganderbal *Shri Wasim Qadri-JKPS* accompanied by Dy.SP DAR DPL Ganderbal Shri Nazir Ahmad visited District Police Lines Ganderbal and inspected Monday Parade, also took stock of the functioning of various Sections & Units. While interacting with incharges and other staff, he emphasized upon them to put best possible efforts & ensure maximum services to the department.
He inspected PCR, MTO, Clothing, Equipment, Quarter Guard, KOT, Stores, Mess, Canteen cum Recreation Hall, MI Room, Crime Section, Barracks, MHC etc. He also visited Police Martyr Gallary and paid rich tributes to J&K Police Martyrs. He stressed upon the supervisory officers and technical staff to work with more dedication in providing necessary services to the police personnel and the department. He directed the officers to further improve the efficiency and monitor the work personally. He also impressed upon the officers to solve the problems and genuine grievances of their subordinates.
Referring to the different welfare measures, SSP Ganderbal Shri Wasim Qadri-JKPS said that benefits of the welfare programmes must reach to subordinates. He exhorted upon the officers to seek feedback from the subordinate Police personnel and take the necessary steps to upgrade the working conditions for achieving better results.
