Sopore: In a remarkable effort to promote the spirit of humanity and address the area’s healthcare needs, Sopore Blood Donors, in collaboration with Government Medical College (GMC) Baramulla and Sub-District Hospital (SDH) Sopore on Friday organized a blood donation camp on Friday. The event took place at Darul Uloom Mahrajpora Sopore and saw enthusiastic participation from local residents and volunteers.
The camp aimed to raise awareness about the importance of blood donation and to ensure a steady supply of blood for emergencies and patients in need. Healthcare professionals from GMC Baramulla and SDH Sopore were present to facilitate the donation process, ensuring a smooth and hygienic procedure for all donors.
“We are overwhelmed by the response and the commitment shown by the people of Sopore. Blood donation is a noble act that can save countless lives,” said a spokesperson from Sopore Blood Donors.
